• Payment Plans are available for orders over $100. There is a $20 flat fee to add a payment plan which is non-refundable and is due at the time of enrollment. 20% of the total ticket purchase price is due at checkout for a Payment Plan. No added interest*. Payment Plans remain subject to the event’s Ticket Terms and Conditions, including any provisions regarding event postponement, rescheduling, or cancellation.
• To enroll in Payment Plans you must select Payment Plan during the checkout process. Order adjustments are not available after orders have been placed. After the initial 20% deposit, the remaining balance will be divided into equal installment payments. PayPal payments are not available for Payment Plans.
• By selecting a Payment Plan, you authorize us to automatically charge the payment method provided for all scheduled installment payments until the order balance is paid in full. Scheduled payments are processed automatically and may take up to 72 hours to reflect on your account. Please wait for your payment to be processed. If you make a manual payment during this time, the automatic payment may still be processed, resulting in a double payment.
• Full payment is due 30 days prior to the event. No refunds, cancellations or exchanges. Tickets are not valid until paid in full. If your payment is declined, you will have a 10-day grace period to pay. If a scheduled payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to reprocess the payment method on file prior to cancellation of the order. Defaulting on payments will result in cancellation of your order. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. Failure to update an expired or invalid payment method may result in missed payments and cancellation of your order.
