WHAT YOU CAN BRING

No, please leave your pets at home. Only Service Animals will be allowed on the festival grounds.

GVL definitely encourages you to take pictures with your friends and family at the event and share the great time you’re having! However, because of our contracts with the performers, professional recording equipment (photography, video, and/or sound) will not be allowed on premise without proper media credentials.

Meet and Greet photos taken by GVL will be posted on GVL Facebook.

Please Note: Sometimes the artist’s manager wants to take their own photos and the photos would then be available on that artist’s website. Before you came to the Meet and Greet, you should have received instructions on where to find your images.

TICKETS & WRISTBANDS

Yes! Single Day tickets are now available!

All tickets are non-refundable. GVL and Frontgate are not permitting ticket transfers or resales at this time. If you choose to give your tickets to someone else, you are responsible for giving the wristband(s) to the new recipient. We cannot make name or shipping changes to your order.

GVL and Frontgate can not authenticate or verify tickets purchased through any third-party ticketing platform (StubHub, VividSeats, SeatGeek, Ticketmaster, etc.).

No. Each wristband is associated with an individual guest and you must have a wristband on (snuggly) at all times.

Yes! Please email order-support@frontgatetickets.com or call Front Gate at 888-512-7469 to upgrade your ticket(s).

Kids 5 and under are free when accompanied by a parent or guardian.

All children 6 and older need to have a ticket to enter the festival site and must be accompanied by an adult.

PARKING & TRANSPORTATION

Greenville Country Music Fest will offer an accessible viewing area located at the top of the hill on a paved area with a railing and in the reserved seating pavilion area on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note this area has limited capacity and is subject to the following guidelines:

  • One companion permitted per ADA guest
  • No standing, vaping, or smoking
  • Seats cannot be saved or reserved
  • Seating will be provided in the ADA section

Guests with proper documentation may access the ADA section regardless of ticket type. Please remember to bring your ADA placard with you!
