Bag Policy:

Greenville Country Music Fest has a clear bag policy to provide everyone with a safer festival experience, as well as to decrease the time it takes to get into the show. Please take note of the following, prior to making your way to the fest.

  • Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or smaller)
  • Small, non-clear bags, that do not exceed 4.5” x 6.5” in size, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the fest with one of the clear plastic bags.
  • An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose.

A small clutch bag is defined as – “approximately the size of a hand with or without a handle or strap, no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”

IMPORTANT INFO

  • GVL is a rain or shine event.
  • Purchases are non-refundable. All sales are final.
  • Family-friendly fest – children 6 and older must purchase and have a wristband. Children 5 and under are admitted free without a wristband but must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Wristbands are non-transferable and will be voided if tampered with, broken, or lost.
  • Wristband replacements, if stolen, broken, or lost, will cost the full ticket price to replace and can be done at Will Call/Box Office.
  • Line-up is subject to change without notice.
  • No pets permitted – service animals only.
  • All wristband holders are subject to search upon entry.

Will Call/Box Office Policy

A valid ID that matches the name used to purchase the ticket must be presented to pick up your wristbands. No exceptions.

ADA Policy

The festival site has limited accessibility for ADA. Availability in the ADA section is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis and is limited.  The site map will denote entrances and exits. If you have any questions or concerns, email info@gvlfest.com.

Age Restrictions

Adult fest. Kids are welcome but must have a ticket. Children 5 and under are admitted free but must be accompanied by an adult.

Drug & Alcohol Policy

You must be 21 to drink and you must possess a valid ID to purchase alcohol. GVL is a zero-tolerance event. All local and State laws will be strictly enforced. There will be no tolerance for illegal activities.

Notice of Filming and Photography

When you enter the Greenville Country Music Fest (“GVL”) event, you enter an area where photography, audio, video recording, and a flyover by official small UAS (drones) may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by GVL and its affiliates/representatives. Images, photos, and/or videos may be used to promote similar GVL events in the future, highlight the event, and exhibit the capabilities of GVL. You release GVL, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video, and/or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment of royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by GVL or the person or entity designated to do so by GVL. When you enter GVL, you have consented, a waiver of liability.
